I had the pleasure of attending the Makeup by Mario Masterclass, London 2019, and it was AMAZING! He created a flawless full coverage dewy look, and shared all of his tips, tricks and techniques along the way!
Im really exited to create some looks using the techniques learnt on the day, and even MORE excited to use the products I received in the goodie bag!
Products I'm most excited about using:
-Tatcha - Dewy Skin Cream.
This cream is super rich and leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated. It will be perfect for my clients with dry skin. I tried it out and this morning my face felt soft and looked glowy!
Anastasia Beverly Hills - Soft Glam Palette
The colours in this palette are so pretty and pigmented, and will be perfect for subtle and heavy eye looks! Excited to try this out!
Morphe - 35V Stunning Vibes Palette
Again, so many pretty colours for both light and heavy glams! I want to try more looks that include colour, so I'm excited to use this palette!
Mario Badescu - Facial Spray - Rose
A hydrating and refreshing mist, used to both set and refresh makeup. This has been a fan favourite so I'm excited to try it out. I usually use Mac Fix +, so I'm excited to see how this differs.
Anastasia Beverly Hills - Glow Kit - Sundipped
Who doesn't love a good highlight palette?! The shades look like they will suit all skin colours which is a bonus!
Illamasqua - Beyond Powder Highlighter - Deity
This highlighter is so pretty, and looks quite natural on the skin as the shimmer isn't too harsh - so I can't wait to give this a try!
Stila - Heavens Hue Highlighter - Kitten
This is similar to the Illamasqua in terms of looking natural on the skin. The packaging is so pretty too!
Rodial - Instaglam Highlight Powder - 07
This is so pretty as you can't see any big glitter chunks. It is golden and would be perfect for everyone.
Anastasia Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz - Dark Brown
I have used this before and I love it! The colours are perfect and they're not too harsh, which is perfect for those who love natural brows.
Charlotte Tilbury - The Classic Eye Powder Pencil
This eye pencil is such a nice colour and would suit everyone! Its blend-able so perfect for smokey eye looks.
Iconic London - Water Mist Original
This mist smells lovely, feels soft on the skin and leaves a pretty glow! This would be perfect for the body. You can see the glitter specs, although quite small I don't know how I feel about using it over makeup as I would want my highlight areas to be strategically placed.
There were also lots of budget friendly brands in the bag, which I also cannot wait to use!
Nip + Fab - Glycolic Fix Overnight Purifying Gel
I've recently become obsessed with skin care products, so can't wait to try this out. It has both glycolic acid and salicylic acid to help cleanse the pores and resurface the skin.
Skindinavia - The Makeup Primer Spray
This primer is oil and paraben free. It claims to reduce the appearance of pores, so I will defo be testing it to find out!
Milani Blush - Love Potion
The look of this is so cute, and the colour is so vibrant!
NYX - Epic Ink Liner Black
The tip is fine so this will be good for both a fine liner look and a think liner look, however its not as dark as I would have liked. On the plus side, it dries quickly.
I also got to take another selfie with Mario! I made sure to wear lashes this time!
